1. All general rules apply.

2. Tractors will be stopped if the front wheels exceed 36 (thirty six) inches in height. The flagman has complete discretion.

3. No cut tires allowed.

4. The rpm’s will be limited to 500 (five hundred) over stock factory rating.

5. 50 (fifty) feet is the maximum distance to change speed.

6. 3 (three) mph for 4,700 & 5,700 & 6,700. 4 (four) mph for 7,700, 9,500. 10 (ten) mph for 10,500 and 10 (ten) mph & no duals for 13,500 and the 1st 100 (one hundred) feet to get the speed set for Farm Stock classes.

7. Tractor must be factory stock, no alterations.

Improved Farm Stock

1. All general rules apply.

2. Blocks are limited to 1 (one) size up in series. Example: a Farmal “M” can have a “450” block. An Oliver 88 may have

a Super 88 block.

3. No turbos will be allowed.

4. No down draft carburetor. Unless it was original factory equipment.

5. No airplane or tank carburetors.

6. The rpm’s will be limited to 500 (five hundred) rpm’s over stock factory rating.

7. No cut or back ground tires and maximum size limit of 18.4 X 38.

8. A speed limit of 7 (seven) mph while pulling.

9. The tractor must have wheely bars that can support the tractor.

10. A distance of 50 (fifty) feet maximum will be allowed for shut down to change speeds.

11. Tractors will be allowed to have side shields.

12. Rear fenders are recommended.

13. No 800 (eight hundred) components in Minneapolis Molines. No custom fabricated intakes, no headers.

Hobby Stock

3. Must have a scatter blanket. Or ¼ (one quarter) inch metal plating.

5. A distance of 100 (one hundred) feet for shut down.

6. Converting a diesel head to gas will be allowed.

7. The engine shall be naturally aspirated.

8. If the engine will bolt in without alteration of the frame, engine will be allowed.

9. No turbos are allowed.

10. Helmets are required.

11. Tractors must have rear fenders.

*12. No roll cage for classes 6,700 lb and under for 1 year.

13. 5 (five) point harness required.

Safety Rules:

Must be secure and may be inspected by the tech man.

1. Shields-All tractors must have a deflection shield on both sides od the engine, and cover the entire engine, either aluminum or steel not less than 0.060” thick.

2. Fenders-All tractors must have fenders and must support weight of driver. Top of fender must extend no less than a 6” over the top of the tires.

3. Brakes-All tractors must have working rear brakes capable of sliding the rear tires.

4. Drawbar-Must be a minimum of 18 inches behind center of rear axle, a maximum of 20 inches in height, and be ridged in all

directions. Hitching eye to be a minimum of 1 inch thick with 1 inch minimum from hooking point to the rear of the drawbar. hook must swing freely in hitch.

5. Roll Bar & Cage-Roll bar required, 3 (three) bar roll cage required.

6. Throttle-Throttle level must have a spring installed such that if the throttle lever is released, the engine will return to an idle. Throttle must function such that moving the throttle lever forward, increases the engines rpm.

7. Stabilizer (Wheely) Bars-Stabilizer bars are required (no wheels allowed). The stabilizer bars cannot be bolted, welded,etc.

to the draw bar in any way. The stabilizer bars must extend a minimum of 34 inches rearward from the center of the axel. The stabilizer bars must support the weight of the tractor. The skid pad cannot be more than 10 inches off the ground.

8. Air Shutoff-Vehicle must have a cable operated engine air intake shutoff device and must be spring-loaded. Cable must be

located approximately 4 feet above the point of hook and within 6 inches of the center of the vehicle. Device must prevent the engine from building boost. Mount cable in clear view. Do not mount below weights.

9. Dump Valve-A 3-way fuel dump valve is required ahead of the injection pump. This valve is to be operated by a cable within easy reach of the driver while seated.

10. Fire Extinguisher-Vehicle must be equipped with a minimum of a 2.5 lb dry type of a 2 lb Haylon type fire extinguisher that must be located within easy reach of the operator. Fire extinguisher must be fully charged.

11. Floorboard-All vehicles must be equipped with a floorboard.

12. Exhaust-Exhaust must have two 3/8” bolts, grade 5 minimum, positioned in the exhaust tube 90 degrees to each other and within 1 inch of each other.

13. Clutch-Clutch and flywheel must be steel. Tractors must be equipped with a clutch blanket.

14. Tie Bars-All tractors must be equipped with tie bars.

15. Front Axel-Tractors must have wide front axel.

16. Personal Safety Equipment-Driver must wear helmet. Driver must wear a fire suit jacket and pants. Driver must wear gloves.

General Rules:

1. Intercoolers are allowed on any tractor.

2. Diesel, gas and alcohol are allowed. Only one fuel per tractor. Multiple carbs allowed. Any one injection pump is allowed.

3. Aftermarket intake and exhaust manifolds are allowed.

4. Stock engine block.

5. Cut tires of any size and aluminum rims are allowed.

6. Turbo intake diameter measured at front face of wheel. Compressor wheel must enter into the compressor housing.

Map width enhancement grooves are allowed.

7. Tractors will compete at the weight specified or lighter. There will be NO grace weight, unless an agreement has been reached

by the competitors and their class representatives.

8. Tractors can only compete twice.

9. No compressed air, propane or nitrous oxide. Water injection allowed.

10. Exhibition pulls will be allowed only if tractor meets all safety requirements and entry fee is paid.

11. 5 (five) point harness required

12. All other rules of Red Cedar Pullers LLC apply where applicable.

6,200 lb. Super Stock:

-Any turbo combination , no limit, diesel or alcohol.

9,300 lb. Super Farm:

-Tractors with a single turbo intake that’s greater than 3 inches , or multi turbos must run 9,300 lbs. Tractors equipped with 3 inch or smaller turbos can run at 10,000 lbs.

10,000 lb. Pro Stock:

-Tractors with a single turbo with an intake greater than 3 inches and tractors with multiple turbos shall compete at a weight of 10,000 pounds. Tractors with a 3 inch or smaller diameter turbo intake shall compete at 10,700 lbs.


Limited Pro Stock

Note: The Limited Pro Stock class will run under NTPA OEM chassis only (no components). Pro Stock division rules, plus the following rules.

Weight Class: 8,300 lbs

1. No engine larger than 505 cid (+ or - 1 percent)

2. Engine head must be OEM agricultural-type for that brand engine.

3. No overhead cams allowed.

4. Maximum 2 valves per cylinder.

5. No inner / after coolers.

6. Diesel fuel only.

7. The maximum allowed size pump for diesel injection is a p-pump. (No aftermarket housing). Only one plunger per cylinder allowed.

Turbo Restrictions: 3 x 4
